About the Event

Stress is a feeling we all experience at some point in our lives when we are excited, overwhelmed, or when we experience challenges or transitions. However, stress is more than just an emotion. It is a physical response that takes place in the entire body, from the brain to the internal organs - on a large scale to the cellular level. In this session, you will learn to recognize the signs of stress overload, and you will be empowered with mindful practices that will help you build self-awareness & resilience.

Experience mindful breathing methods to help you beat stress, anxiety, and fear & use your imagination during a guided-imagery mindfulness session.

This session is 60 minutes in length.

Sharlyn holds a Master's Degree in Management, is a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist as well as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is an E-RYT200 and a certified Brain Health Trainer. In her wellness practice, Sharlyn specializes in stress management strategies and education. Drawing on her fitness & wellness expertise, along with her personal experience with autoimmune disease, she inspires and motivates her clients to a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for them, improving energy, optimizing health, and finding gratitude & happiness. Her practice goes beyond food and exercise, seeking to bring balance to important elements of life such as finding joy and maintaining healthy relationships, as well as career and money. She carefully guides others to make simple, small changes that can cause true transformation.
