About the Event

There are a handful of unique places around the world where humans are not only living well past they are 100, but they are doing so in great health. In studying these populations, also known as the Blue Zones, researchers have found many dietary and lifestyle commonalities that we believe contribute to these human's living long, healthy and happy lives. In this presentation, we will explore what eating for and live a long, happy and health-filled life could look like for you, based on scientific research of people and communities who already are! Because it's one thing to live into old age; it's something entirely different to live it with a body that feels great and a mind that is satisfied and happy.

This session is one hour in length.
