About the Event

Resilience is our ability to bounce back from tough, even devastating, difficulties. But for us to remain positive, set our intentions, and light the path for ourselves, we must start with practicing gratitude.

While many may view the act of giving thanks as an outward expression that primarily touches others, research has found that gratitude also leads to personal resilience. Join us in this webinar to understand why gratitude is at the heart of whole-person health!

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to enhance personal resilience by practicing gratitude
  • Why gratitude leads to a greater sense of connectedness
  • Simple yet purposeful acts for applying gratitude in your life

This session is one hour in length.

Kurt and Deanna are a devoted husband and wife team intending to create a positive social impact by removing barriers to health and wellness by simplifying health into four major components: Sleep, Water, Activity, Nutrition (S.W.A.N.™️).

Kurt is a Howard University graduate and holds a Master's Degree in Sports Science from the University of Akron along with being a former All-American football player. Deanna is an Arizona State University graduate and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is a certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and a Transformational Specialist.
