Karla's extensive corporate experience in finance led her to experience disconnection, anxiety, imbalance, and illness. Her personal journey to wellness includes a 100-lb. weight loss and a new life filled with abundant health. In 2015, after years of study & having found a true passion for Ayurveda, she consciously left the corporate world to make holistic healing her primary focus. She has studied Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Ayurvedic Herbs, and Panchakarma Therapies in the USA, Italy, and India. Karla has completed countless courses, workshops, and conferences in these Eastern Healing Arts as well as Western Anatomy, Nutrition, and Herbology. She is also a national ACE-Certified Fitness Instructor & Behavior Change Specialist. Karla is passionate about bringing the healing power of Ayurveda to others.

Alexa aims to provide a comforting and empowering presence to participate in your ongoing experience of healing. She enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and specializes in bringing healing to weekend warriors and athletes of all kinds. In her practice, she creates a space for the nervous system to reset and return to moving joyfully and well.
Alexa also teaches Discoverypoint School of Massage in Seattle and is certified in manual lymphatic drainage. MLD is a gentle and deeply soothing modality used to support healthy lymphatic systems, assist recovery for active bodies, and manage symptoms for those with compromised lymphatic systems.
